Technical Specifications and Requirements
DS eXpress Tools (DeT) is installed with both a server and console component. DeT requires the following:
- Server: Windows server 2003 or greater
- Altiris Deployment Soultion 6.9 must be previously installed on the server
- DS 6.9 must be installed against SQL Server 2005 or greater
- Console: Windows XP or greater
- Database write credentials for the DS 6.9 database
- Database creation privileges on the server at install time
